Penang Trade and Commerce activities are administered by the State committee known as Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan (MMK) Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Hal Ehwal Pengguna - MMK Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs. As a member of Penang State Committee for Trade & Commerce, International Entrepreneurs Association act positively and take proactive efforts to plan for growth and formation of policy recommendations to ensure and foster the development of trade and business on an ongoing and planned basis.

The Quality Assurance Commission ( QAC ) was formed as an autonomous not-for-profit organisation established in the United Kingdom. It was established as an accreditation organisation for non-degree based [Vocational] programmes. The QAC Division upholds the view that education in general, is every citizen's right and in this respect it is the foremost duty of the countries worldwide to create an environment which is conducive to the attainment and realisation of each and every individual's potential by providing opportunities for all learners to acquire good quality formal education from basic to the highest level, and in so doing enable the country to grow and develop into a healthy and prosperous nation.

Royal Commonwealth Society is an international education charity. With a remit to promote international understanding across the Commonwealth, especially among young people, the RCS has an impressive portfolio of charitable activities. The RCS also runs public engagement projects, including most recently The Commonwealth Conversation, a global public consultation on the future of the Commonwealth. Through its wide range of youth projects, public events and debates, the RCS seeks to engage people in international affairs and the modern Commonwealth.

The Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) & Small Medium Industries (SMI ) , Malaysia
SMI Association Malaysia was established on 13th July 1995 with the objectives of promoting, providing supports, services and solutions towards the best interest of small and medium industries, enterprises and businesses in Malaysia. Since the inception, the Association has been organizing numerous mega and international conferences, seminars, award, exhibition and localized projects to educate, elevate and expose its members as well as small and medium industries, enterprises and businesses in Malaysia. The Association is also actively engaged in dialogs with the various ministries of Malaysian Government to reflect and provide feedback on the needs and improvement required for a stronger and more professional small and medium industries, enterprises and businesses, whom represents 99.2% of the Malaysian economic establishment.

The ASEAN Foundation
In recognition of the fundamental importance of improving the livelihoods and well-being of the peoples of Southeast Asia, and the need to promote ASEAN awareness as well as people-to-people contact through scholarships, fellowships and other exchanges, the Leaders of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) agreed to establish the ASEAN Foundation. It specifically called for strengthening the role of the ASEAN Foundation under the political development section of the respective documents in the context of increasing the participation by various ASEAN bodies in moving forward ASEAN political development initiatives through promotion of more people-to-people contacts.
